Sugar in Drinks

Most Colas and Sodas have about 2.5 teaspoons of sugar per 100gm. This means that a 370gm can will have about 10 teaspoons. This is quite a bit more than a typical serving of chocolate or ice cream. A Big Gulp portion is way off the chart at 22 teaspoons! Good idea to drink water, or unsweetened tea instead!
